Minutes, sets, streaks and levels
Training statistics and history
Training Statistics is the part of Rock that shows your total minutes, sets, streaks, levels and history charts.
Rock records each set you complete. Open "My Stats" to see how you train over time. Track your progress and see the badges you earned from your kegel workouts.

Training Summary
The Training Summary shows four numbers: Total Minutes, Total Sets, Longest Streak and Current Streak. Every set you complete adds Rock Minutes to your total.
Training Levels
Training Levels shows your current level in each of the three main modes: Burst, Endurance and Control. When you level up and get stronger, the difficulty of that mode increases.
This Month's Training and your monthly goal
You can set a Monthly Goal in minutes. The "This Month's Training" chart shows how many minutes you did and how many remain. Tap "Edit Monthly Goal" to change it.
History charts
The History screen shows your training as charts by Week, Month and Year. If you did zero sets in a period, the app tells you.
Badges in My Stats
My Stats also shows your Recent Badges. Complete kegel sets to earn badges. Tap "See All" to open the full list. If you have not completed a set yet, the screen asks you to complete a kegel set to see something there.
Export your data
Your data is yours. In Settings, open "Manage Data" and tap "Export As CSV" to get a copy of your training data. You can also delete all your data from the same screen.
