A daily alert for your kegel set
Daily kegel reminders
Daily Reminders is a Rock feature that sends you one alert each day, at the time you choose, to start your kegel set.
Kegel training works best when you do it every day. Rock can remind you. Set a time in Settings under "Daily Reminders", and the app sends you a notification at that time.
The reminder says: "Time for your kegel exercise". It asks you to start your kegel workout for the day.

How to set a reminder
Open Settings. In the General section, tap "Daily Reminders". Choose the time that you want. You can also turn on the "24-Hour Clock" option if you prefer that time format.
Pick a time that fits your day. For example, you can train in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening or before bed.
Why reminders help with consistency
The app recommends 3 sets per day for each training mode. Consistency is the key. A fixed daily time makes it easier to keep your streak.
Your Current Streak and Longest Streak show on the My Stats screen. Badges also reward your streaks.
Train anywhere
You can do kegels discreetly, at any time and in any place. When the reminder comes, you can start a set where you are.
What to do when the reminder comes
Open Rock. Swipe on the main screen to choose Endurance, Control or Burst Mode. Press the play button to begin a kegel set. The app shows "Get Ready" and a short countdown, then guides each squeeze, hold and release. When you finish, the set adds to your Total Sets and Total Minutes.
