Earn badges as you train
Badges for your kegel training
Badges are rewards in Rock that you earn when you complete kegel sets and keep your streaks.
Rock rewards your training with badges. Complete kegel sets to earn badges. When you earn a new one, the app tells you: "You just earned a new badge!".

Badge of Honor
The Badge of Honor list has badges with names from "Rock #1" up to "Rock #1500". You earn them as you complete more training.
Streak badges
The Longest Streak list rewards the number of days you train in a row. Each streak badge shows its length, for example a 7-day streak.
A daily reminder makes it easier to keep a streak. Set one in Settings under "Daily Reminders".
Where to see your badges
The My Stats screen shows your Recent Badges. Tap "See All" to open My Badges and see the full list. If you have no badges yet, complete a kegel set to start.
Badges and your daily plan
Badges come from regular training. The app recommends 3 sets per day for each of the three main modes: Endurance, Control and Burst. Each set you complete adds to your Total Sets and Total Minutes in My Stats.
At the end of a set, the app shows "Great Work" and "Set Completed". If you earned a new badge, the app shows it at that time.
