Follow the cues without looking
Audio and vibration cues
Audio and Vibration Cues are signals in Rock that you hear and feel at each squeeze, hold and release step of a set.
During a set, Rock tells you what to do at each step. The screen shows "Squeeze", "Hold" and "Release". You can also turn on cues that you feel and hear.
Set them in Settings under "Audio and Vibration Cues".

Vibration Feedback
Turn on "Vibration Feedback" in the Cue Setting screen. Your phone vibrates to give you a cue during the set. This helps when you do not want to look at the screen.
Ending Bell
Turn on "Ending Bell" to hear a bell at the end of a set. Then you know the set is complete without a look at your phone.
Train discreetly
You can do kegels discreetly at any time and in any place. Cues let you follow the set at your desk, on a commute or before bed. Turn the cues on or off to suit where you are.
The app recommends 3 sets per day for each of the three main modes: Endurance, Control and Burst.
On-screen cues
Before each set, the app shows "Get Ready" and counts down to the start. During the set, the screen changes for each step. At the end, the app shows "Set Completed". The cues are the same in Endurance, Control, Burst and Custom Mode, so you learn them one time.
